Back at school!

Rm 24 Google Meet

Yesterday afternoon we had the best turnout at our 2pm Google Meet of 12 children and 2 support staff online. Can you see yourself and your friends? We talked about who has a "Pop It" at their house and we showed them to each other... This is Mrs Carter's rainbow teddy one!

Rm 24 Google Meet

This week we are meeting with our own classes at 2 o'clock in the afternoon as our morning Team 2 Google Meets were getting busy and now everyone can have a turn to talk when they raise their hand and use GM4GM! Well done everyone for sharing. Mrs Carter loves seeing your happy smiley faces everyday while we are all staying safe in our Bubbles at home...

XtraMaths Superstar!

Isla-May has been working so hard during lockdown and practising Xtramaths subtraction tests everyday. Guess what? She completed the whole grid and now she has been awarded a cetificate. I am so proud of your efforts, Kapai mahi! from Mrs Carter.

Fiafia 2021!

Isla-May enjoyed dressing up as a cowgirl for her line dancing group in our whole school cultural performance! You were so brave and showed how clever you are at learning all those moves while keeping your hat on!

XtraMaths Superstar!

Isla-May has been working really hard at completing addition basic fact tests on her iPad and recieved a certificate of completion which was presented at our Team 2 assembly. Well done, awesome effort from Mrs Carter.

My trip to Stardome!

Isla-May enjoyed travelling by bus to Cornwall Park in Greenlane to visit the observatory. She learnt about how the sun and moon rotate around the earth to give us day and night. She joined in the fun activities, watched the movie about Tycho the dog and played on the playground with her friends! What did you like best?

Water safety in Term 1!

For the next two weeks Team 2 get to go swimming at the Glenn Innes pools. Isla - May enjoyed learning how to use the flutterboard and go under the water to get the toy!
